These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Mzantsified ("the Service"), a curated feed of business, funding and opportunity information operated by Solutions Sinazo (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. K2025/941001/07), a company registered in South Africa and based in Alice, Amathole District, Eastern Cape. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Mzantsified delivers curated "Plugs" — funding, tender, market and opportunity listings relevant to South African entrepreneurs and hustlers — to your feed. Content is curated and informational; it is not financial, legal or tax advice, and Solutions Sinazo does not guarantee the outcome of any opportunity listed.
Payments are processed securely by Ozow, a licensed South African payment service provider. Solutions Sinazo does not store your banking credentials. See our Privacy Policy for how payment-related data is handled, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy for billing disputes and cancellations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to contract in South Africa, to hold a Mzantsified account.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including scraping or redistributing Plug content commercially, attempting to bypass access controls, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The Mzantsified name, branding, design and the curation methodology behind the Plug feed are the property of Solutions Sinazo (Pty) Ltd. Individual opportunity listings remain the property of their respective originating organisations.
The Service is provided "as is". Solutions Sinazo is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on curated information, third-party opportunity listings, or service interruptions, to the maximum extent permitted by South African law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
