Solutions Sinazo (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. K2025/941001/07, "we", "us") respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 ("POPIA"). This policy explains what we collect through Mzantsified, why, and your rights.

We share the minimum necessary data with: Ozow (payment processing), infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS/security), and, where you opt in, WhatsApp for message-based updates. We do not sell your personal information.
We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and thereafter only as required by South African tax and financial record-keeping law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) if you believe your rights have been infringed. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
Mzantsified uses browser local storage to remember your session and preferences on your device. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and restricted access to account data.
