MZANTSIFIED / INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

The partner proposition

Your institution has services to offer. Entrepreneurs need an easier way to find the ones that fit.

The gap

Information reaches people through scattered notices, links and groups. Finding a service does not always make the next step clear.

The Mzantsified approach

Organise useful business resources around entrepreneur needs, with clear source links and a practical route to action.

“You’re already making moves. We’re just plugging you into the useful ones.”

Partner services can include sponsored access, relevant programme distribution and agreed engagement reporting.

MZANTSIFIED / INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

What your institution stands to gain

These are proposed partnership outcomes. A pilot will establish actual reach, engagement and conversion.

MZANTSIFIED / INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

A bank partnership

A bank can help entrepreneurs become more ready to use business financial services, then measure voluntary interest in its offering.

Customer acquisitionRelevant product information and optional referrals to the bank’s own application channels.
Financial readinessSponsored literacy resources and practical preparation for business accounts or funding applications.
Continued engagementUseful business support beyond the moment an account opens. Test whether this improves continued account use.
Programme evidenceTrack funded participation and resource engagement against an agreed baseline.

The bank retains account onboarding, identity checks, lending decisions and product servicing. Readiness signals are not credit scores or approval guarantees.

MZANTSIFIED / INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

Four ways to partner

01 · Sponsored cohortsFund defined access or tools for a selected entrepreneur group. Agree participants, duration, allowances and support.
02 · Plug sponsorshipSponsor relevant resource categories or clearly labelled placements. Agree the audience and distribution scope.
03 · Institutional intelligenceCommission aggregate reports on entrepreneur needs and programme engagement once suitable evidence exists.
04 · Verification servicesAgree specific validation checks and evidence standards as a future service. Verification integrations require development.

Adapted from the Mzantsified B2B strategy. White-label and API delivery require separate scoping.

Financials and partner allocation

Institutions pay the agreed service fee upfront before delivery begins.

Sponsored cohort feeParticipants × agreed rate × funded term, plus separately scoped services
Campaign / Plug sponsorshipAudience, geography, placement, duration and reporting
Intelligence or custom integrationDefined deliverables and a separate quotation
Delivery partner allocationWritten scope and an agreed eligible revenue basis

The internal co-builder framework records 15–25% revenue sharing on qualifying facilitated outcomes where applicable. No automatic commission or final partner tariff is offered here. An approved quotation resolves eligibility and scope.

MZANTSIFIED / INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

Delivery readiness and participant trust

Starting point

Mzantsified has a public product entry at mzantsified.co.za. The partnership begins with a scoped readiness check of access, content and participant support.

Commercial scope can start with programme distribution and agreed reporting.

Further development

Sponsor dashboards, verification APIs, advanced targeting and white-label delivery remain scoped developments until implemented and tested.

Each quote identifies any development work and its acceptance criteria.

Participants choose referrals. Reporting uses aggregate information. Named participant sharing requires an agreed purpose and appropriate permission. Sponsored content is labelled. Internal Notion records and organisational documents are not attached.

MZANTSIFIED / INSTITUTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

A concrete partnership decision

Agree a discovery session to define the institution’s objective and prepare a scoped pilot quotation.

  1. Choose the partner model and entrepreneur cohort.
  2. Confirm geography, funded term and required services.
  3. Set measures, responsibilities and any delivery allocation.
  4. Sign the scope and pay upfront for scheduled delivery.
